Sand Patel

Senior Vice President

Sand Patel has over 15 years of credit and lending experience, and has provided over $100 million in financing to a variety of businesses nationwide. Prior to joining Midtown Bank, Mr. Patel co-founded and co-owned The Lending Source, a commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Patel holds a degree in accounting from North Carolina State University and has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination. Dany Lee

Senior Vice President

Dany Lee joins Midtown Bank with over 15 years of credit and lending experience and has provided in excess of $150 million in financing to a wide variety of small businesses nationwide. Prior to joining Midtown Bank, Mr. Lee co-founded and co-owned The Lending Source, a commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also worked for several financial institutions specializing in the extension and management of SBA and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development loans. Mr. Lee holds a degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination. Paul Raufman

Assistant Vice President

Business Development Officer

Mr. Raufman brings with him to Midtown Bank over 5 years of experience in credit and lending exclusively to small and medium sized businesses. Prior to joining Midtown Bank, Mr. Raufman served as Assistant Vice President at The Lending Source, a commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Raufman is a native of Atlanta and holds a degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
